I had an amazing time in Bruges celebrating my anniversary with my boyfriend at this hotel. The rooms were warm but reasonable with the window open; however, they are in need of refurbishment. The service was exceptionally friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to assist us with parking and bike storage. The location was perfect, close to the historical center and with a lovely view of the canal. The dining experience was pleasant with a good choice at breakfast but slightly pricey. The hotel facilities were satisfactory overall.
The hotel is ideally located just a few minutes from the main square in a quiet and picturesque area. The rooms are recently upgraded, clean, and offer excellent value. While the walk-in shower may not be suitable for all guests, the en suite bathroom is large and well designed.
The hotel had mixed experiences with clean and well-equipped rooms but suffered from noise due to nearby construction. The staff were accommodating and pleasant but did not fully address the dissatisfaction. Its great location near local attractions was a positive, although just outside the city center. The dining was good, offering a variety of quality food. Overall, the value for money was reasonable considering the amenities.
